A new era is beginning to enter the workforce, and the office should alternate dramatically, as you know. Generation Z, born after 1996, is about to hit the world of work in a large way. Bridge Works, a consulting company, estimates that Gen Z bills for 61 million persons in the U.S., an already higher quantity than Generation X and two-thirds of the measurement of child boomers.
