Jurassic Park And Jurassic World
From Jurassic Park to Jurassic World, the action-packed films have drawn and captivated a worldwide audience. The Jurassic Park franchise began in June 1993 as the first science fiction adventure drama directed by Steven Spielberg. The film was based on scientists attempting to clone dinosaurs at a safari amusement park. The larger than life creatures ended up finding a way to escape captivity and terrorize the island.

Following the release of Jurassic Park, which has now become one of the highest grossing films of all time, there have been three additional sequels made: The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III, and Jurassic World, all of which have surpassed Jurassic Park’s box office numbers. The films are considered a benchmark in the development of computer-generated imagery (CGI) and animatronic visual effects.

Along with its successes on screen, they have also been making a big statement off screen with hundreds of collector items and several water rides at Universal theme parks, based on the series. The four films have featured 25 different breeds of dinosaurs and dino-fans can see even more in the fifth dino-venture film, Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom. Consider dressing in some serious Jurassic Park fan gear for your trip to the theater to see the next installment.
